Account Executive

Job Description:

You will assist our Executive Recruiters in the
identification, selection and recruitment of candidates. Calling potential customers and setting up appointments. 

This position will allow you to increase knowledge and understanding of business solution selling in a fast growing, fast-paced and financially stable business. This is a prospecting and sales position well suited for a high energy, motivated individual with a desire to grow, earn and help people.

Job Qualifications:

We are seeking someone who exhibits pride in their work, has a sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic and a team player. That has a sense of fearlessness and comfortable with speaking with anyone. 

Ability and preference to work in a fast-paced, creative team environment. 

Outstanding organizational skills. 

Must be articulate and able to communicate well in both written and oral presentations. 

Must be positive, outgoing, assertive and have a strong desire and commitment to
succeed.

Must be proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented while not losing track of
the big picture. 

Must have moderate computer skills including knowledge of the Internet.

Strong desire and ability to continually learn. Must be coachable.

Critical thinker and problem solver.

Must provide outstanding customer service skills.
